Each quarter requires a $1000.00 Deposit
A quarter of our premium Wagyu beef, butchered, vacuum sealed and frozen. A quarter beef costs $11.00/lb, based on hanging weight. Average total price for a quarter is $1,600 to $2,300.
For a half or whole beef, please order corresponding quarters (for example please order two quarters to receive a half). Each quarter requires a $1,000 deposit.

Pick up options are at the IGFC in Burlington, Lynnwood Rendezvous, or on Lopez Island for Islands customers. You will be asked to select your pick up option during the checkout process.

How much meat comes in a quarter beef?
A finished cut & wrapped, boxed quarter weighs 100-125 pounds, depending on the size of the steer. Beef is dense and takes up very little room. A quarter beef will be packed in 3 to 4 boxes. Each box measures 23" x 14.5" x 6.5".
