A quarter of our premium Wagyu beef, butchered, vacuum sealed and frozen. A quarter beef costs $8/lb, based on hanging weight. Average total price for a quarter is $1,100 to $1,400.
For a half or whole beef, please order corresponding quarters (for example please order two quarters to receive a half). Each quarter requires a $1,000 deposit.

Pick up options are at the IGFC in Bow, Lynnwood Rendezvous, or Lopez Island. You will be asked to select your pick up option during the checkout process.
A finished cut & wrapped, boxed quarter weighs 100-125 pounds, depending on the size of the steer. Beef is dense and takes up very little room. A quarter beef will be packed in 3 to 4 boxes. Each box measures 20" x 14.5" x 6.5".

- Skirt Steak or Flank
- Stew Meat
- Ground Beef in one pound packages (approximately 1/3 the total weight of your order)
