Chefs & Restaurants
Our Wagyu beef is available to chefs and their restaurants by
the whole or half beef. Using all the cuts is both an exciting
opportunity and a challenge. We can offer a unique opportunity
for you to participate in the cutting of your chosen carcasses.
Our USDA certified Island Grown Farmers Coop (IGFC) processing
facility is in nearby Skagit Valley. You are welcome to work with
the IGFC staff to create the cuts that will work for you. Because
our focus is on producing the best grass fed Wagyu beef possible
within the natural cycle of our pastures we have only two harvest
periods. These harvests coincide with the peaks in our grass production
and nutrition in June and September. Please contact me for pricing
